Calvin has extensive contacts in the music business. John Blackwell, world renowned drummer and current drummer for Prince's band NPG, is among the many artists and entertainers who Calvin has met through the years. The two are good friends and share a mutual affinity for old school jams and videos. The photos below were taken a few days before John left for the European leg of Prince's critically acclaimed One Nite Alone Tour. The last two photos were taken in late December after John returned from the tour. The photo at the bottom is of John, Calvin, and entertainment photographer George Livingston Jr.
